We strive to offer our customers the best experience; however, we recognize that certain situations may require cancellations. The following policy outlines the conditions under which cancellation requests will be considered and processed.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

• Customers may request the cancellation of a booking or transaction within a specific timeframe, based on the nature of the service availed, and subject to applicable terms and conditions as outlined in their purchase agreement. Cancellations are only accepted if initiated by the buyer or customer who has placed the booking or purchase, and subject to verification.

Cancellation Window:

• Cancellations must be requested within 21 calendar days from the date of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be honored, except in exceptional cases subject to management discretion. For bookings where construction has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Process:

• Upon successful cancellation, eligible refunds will be Credited within 15-21 working days through the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Refunds will be made after deducting applicable cancellation charges, administrative fees, and any other non-refundable amounts mentioned in the service agreement.

Non-refundable Services:

• Certain services such as registration fees, legal fees, and government-imposed taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted before issuing any refunds. Any construction or land development charges incurred before cancellation will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation of Promotional Offers:

• If the purchase was made under a promotional offer or discount scheme, cancellation may result in forfeiture of any promotional benefits or rebates applied at the time of booking.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In certain cases, the Company may consider a refund outside the stipulated cancellation period due to extraordinary circumstances such as legal obligations, force majeure, or other uncontrollable factors. Any such decisions will be at the sole discretion of the Company..
